Different tools are necessary in different phase of the project, this is described in the VITD document. The tools can be classified in four different kinds of tools: Brainstorm tools Process tools Risk analyse tools Production tools
Each of these different tool types are essential to a project. If one of these tool types should not be used the production will never for fill its potential capacity. Examples of all these tools are collected in an Excel document. This is available on USB memory stick: € 25,- (excl. VAT and mailing costs). Beside the examples an extensive version of the VITD document is on the memory stick together with useful documents for starting up a company. Examples of quotations, invoices, administration tools, etc.
