Six Sigma a more advanced way of tackling problems. Six Sigma (like ACTI) uses step by step program. Six Sigma is more extensive. Within Six Sigma knowledge there are multiple categories: Champions, Master Black Belts, Black Belts and Green Belts. The difference is in the depths of knowledge of Six Sigma. The higher you are in the organisation the more knowledge about Six Sigma you should have.

When to use

Six Sigma is mainly used in the β-phase and in mass production when encountering problems. Six Sigma uses different techniques: pareto, SPC, Ishikawa, Multi Criteria table and Cpk’s.

Six Sigma is used:

  • to solve problems in logistics and company processes

Description
