The chosen principle is now observed more critical. QMAP is a tool to do this. Each process step is looked at the input materials, components, process settings, measurement en control points. It’s also the input of the Process FMEA. With these two useful tools the critical points of the process can be seen.

Taking this into account a new POP is made, the critical points that are seen are checked if they are really critical or not. In this phase these problems will be solved as far as possible. At the end of this phase a small scale production must be achieved.
