In this phase a lot of new production people will work with the new processes. They have to be taught well for the are the ones that will make the products. It’s useful for these people to have manuals to fall back on.

The Operator manual, Operation sheet, Process manual, Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP), Maintenance Manual  and Operation Map are documents that offer a good support to Operators en Factory Engineers. The documents at the machine should be brief as possible.
